The Power of Intention

Everything happens because of our intention, period. The life you created is a result of your intentions. Once you harness the Self properly, including the higher frequencies of your desire and intention, you become a master creator instead of a master of limitations. Your doubt (low frequency) is what throws water on the fire of your intention (high frequency). Doubt is death and is a product of your false created self. When you look at doubt and its source, it is always the finite mind. Doubt is simply the low frequency misuse of your imagination. When you work at the desire/intention level, you bring the higher realms of consciousness into the lower realm of physical reality. This is operating above the lower frequencies of thought, emotion, and physicality. Instead, you are creating at the higher frequencies of pure desire and intention.

Set Your Intention and Desire Exercise

1. Breathe deeply from the diaphragm.
2. Follow the breath, not your thoughts, until the mind and body are calm.
3. Then, and only then, ask yourself, “What is it that I am trying to achieve?”
4. Let the sentience deep within answer the question.
5. Write down your answer. Do not analyze it or correct the first response. This is your initial desire. Look at it deeply.
6. Read the words that you’ve written out loud and feel the meaning of each word.
7. See if this statement needs further clarification or could be more specific. If so, repeat steps 1 and 2.
8. Ask yourself, “Is this exactly what I am trying to achieve?”
9. Modify the initial desire and write it down.
10. Look at it again deeply.
11. Feel the meaning of every word and see if it deeply and perfectly resonates.
12. Ask yourself once more, “Is this precisely what I am trying to achieve?”
13. Make the adjustment from your modified desire to your final desire and write it down one last time.
14. Stare at the words you’ve written.
15. Is this statement the truest, most specific, and accurate desire that you want to achieve? If not, modify it again through the process outlined in the bullet points.
16. When you have uncovered precisely, and without a shadow of doubt, what you’re trying to achieve, write it down one last time, clearly, with the finality of complete conviction.

By going through this exercise, you align your intention and desire at the deepest level. It allows you to tap into the power of intention and set the course for manifesting your desires with clarity and conviction.
